We are seeking Donations ....

Goodie Bags
Anyone wishing to donate an item for our Goodie /Welcome bags - please contact me.

You are welcome to send us your business card to be added to the bags. I will need 100 card/items and will need them by the last week in July.

Donations
If you plan on donating an item, it would be helpful to know in advance what you plan on donating. Contact me for my mailing address when you are ready to mail your donation. Please plan on putting the item in the mail by late July.

Remember to tag your donation with your company name or include a business card in the packaging.

Souvenir Book

This is a chance to advertise your doll business in the BJD Convention Souvenir Book.
This souvenir book will be given to all attendees in their convention "goodie bag". We hope for the book to be memento for the attendees and good reference for the BJD World.

The souvenir book will be 8.5 x 11 -- magazine style in black and white.

- Fee schedule for ads -
Business card size - $25.00 or free with a donation equivalent to $25.00 (see donations below)
1/4 page - $40.00 measurements for this size ad are 3.5 by 5 inches
1/2 page $50.00 measurements for this size ad are 5 by 7 inches to allow for margins --

Please send me the art for your ad ---
Tiff preferred but can take JPEG
300 dpi minimum, 600 dpi maximum
black and white

Advertising can be as simple as sending me your business card. You can send a scanned digital copy of your business card by email or a hard copy of the card through the regular post mail.

DEADLINE for ad by June 15, 2010

Banner Exchange
The Banners Exchange webpage is open to all participating in the convention. This is a program where the convention and you exchange banners. They need to be a JPEG or GIF in the following dimensions -The web banner needs to be width 468 pixels by height 80 pixels.
