You are encouraged to make any roommate arrangements before you make reservations, in order to minimize room cancellations. We do have a special convention rate with a set number of rooms - this rate is good up to August 27th. Please make your reservations EARLY.
Please note that 109.00 is the rate for a single occupant - if you are making arrangement for multiple roomates the rate is slightly higher.
