Convention Registration is Open!
Join us in Georgetown this summer June 20-22, 2024!
Attendee Registration covers everything during the 3-day event with the exception of workshops that may require a small materials fee. Early Registration is $205 through December 31st. Beginning January 1st, registration will be the regular rate of $225.
Vendor Registration is priced the same as attendee registration and gives Vendors access to all the same activities. Vendors will be also invoiced for sales tables in the sales room (95 per table)
Non-Attendee Registration is for collectors who are not able to attend the physical show but would like to pre-order a convention doll. This fee does not apply towards the deposit or cost of the convention doll. (Non-Attendee Registration will open January 21st, 2024 on the Convention Doll page—please do not register as a non-attendee using this form)
Refund Policy
In the event BJDC is cancelled due to the pandemic, paid registrants will receive a full refund of their registration or have the option of moving their registration to 2025.
If an attendee wishes to cancel, the following cancellation fees are in effect:
Cancellation before January 1: 75% of registration will be refunded
Cancellation before February 1: 50% of registration will be refunded
Cancellation before April 1: 25% of registration will be refunded
Cancellation after April 1: No refunds will be issued
Convention doll deposits are non-refundable.
